Refund policy

At PrimaBazaar.in, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase or Order ID must be provided
• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your Order ID and clear photos or videos.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status.

If approved, refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request your bank account or UPI details to process the refund.

Exchanges

For an exchange, please request a return first. Once approved, you may place a new order for the required product, subject to availability.

Important

Used products, products returned without approval, or return requests made after the 7-day period may not be accepted.
