Cancellation Policy
At PrimaBazaar.in, we understand that you may sometimes need to cancel an order.
Cancellation Window
You can request cancellation:
- Within 12 hours of placing the order, or
- Before the order has been processed or shipped
whichever is earlier.
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
How to Cancel
To request cancellation, please contact our support team with:
- Your Order ID
- Reason for cancellation
Our team will check the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
For prepaid orders, approved cancellations are generally refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is required if payment has not been collected.
Important Notes
Repeated order refusals, fake orders, or excessive last-minute cancellations may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
PrimaBazaar.in reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Incorrect customer information
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Operational limitations
If payment has already been made, an applicable refund will be processed.
